Table Host FAQs
When should I purchase my table? We hope all our tables are purchased by April 10th.
Do I have to know who I am inviting in order to purchase my table? No! Just skip that section. You can come back and do that later. After you have purchased the table you will be sent a code by email that will allow you to register your guests after you have asked them. SAVE THAT EMAIL.
How do I register my guests after I have purchased my table? You will get an email confirming your registration. Mid-way through that email is a link and a code that you can click on to register your guests.
Can my guests register themselves or do I have to register them? Either way works! If your guests wish to register themselves, simply provide them with the code that you received in your confirmation email. The web address on the invitation tells them where to go to register.
When should I register my guests? Please register all your guests here by April 16th. You will need at minimum their first and last name, email address and phone number.
What should I do if I lost the email receipt with that important code? Don't fret. We can help. If you have lost track of it, please email us at email@example.com. We will need your guests name, phone number and email address to register them on your behalf. For security purposes, this code is generated only once in the email sent to you. NOE does not have access to that code again so be sure to save the email with that important code.
What if I can't fill my table? We hope everyone can fill their table, but sometimes it just doesn't happen. While we can't refund individual seats, we can certainly help you fill the seats. Just let us know by April 16th.
